CCN51 Cacao
This variety of cacao is obtained in Ecuador that has great results, its main characteristic is its resistance to disease and its high productivity of the obtained trees exceed up to 4 times the classic varieties of cacao.
Cacao Arriba Superior Epoch (ASE)
Cocoa is a variety obtained nationwide in Ecuador, its grains weight between 105-110 grams with a minimum average of 100 almonds, with a percentage of 50-60% fermentation, the level of impurities does not exceed 4%, and the percentage of mold does not exceed 3%, the average humidity is 7%.
Cacao Arriba Superior Summer (SSA)
Cocoa is a variety obtained nationwide in Ecuador, its grains weight between 120-125 gr minimum average of 100 almonds, with a rate of fermentation between 65-75%, the level of impurities does not exceed 2.5 % and the percentage of mold does not exceed 2%, the average humidity is 7%.
Cacao Arriba Superior Summer Select (ASSS)
Cocoa is a variety obtained nationwide in Ecuador, its grains weight between 125-130 grams minimum average of 100 almonds, with a rate of fermentation between 75-85%, the level of impurities does not exceed 1.5 % and the percentage of mold does not exceed 1%, the average humidity is 7%.
